About this migration
Starting April 6th, 2026, we will no longer support the legacy MotoSync app. Over the years, we've been working on something better—a next-generation platform with even more ways to help you manage your network with greater control and reliability. As part of our ongoing efforts to deliver the best possible network management experience, we are transitioning to MotoSync+, a new platform that delivers significant improvements in performance, security, and reliability. Unfortunately, we're not able to continue supporting the original MotoSync app on this new platform.
What This Means for You
After April 2026, the original MotoSync app will no longer receive software updates, security patches, or technical support. Your internet connection will continue to work, but you won’t be able to manage your network through the legacy Motosync app anymore.
