Motorola Network Products Limited Warranty

Thank you for your purchase of a Motorola Network product, please keep a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase and warranty coverage. Please read below for warranty coverage details.
Limited warranty on Motorola branded products ("product") produced under license by Premier Logitech. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. The limited warranty can also be found online at www.motorolanetwork.com/warranty.
We warrant that during the warranty period, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage. We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Our responsibility for defective goods is limited to repair or replacement as described below in this warranty statement. These terms and conditions constitute the complete warranty agreement between you and Premier Logitech regarding the product purchased by you and supersede any other agreement or representations.
Who may use this warranty?
Premier Logitech, located at 511 S. Royal Lane Coppell, TX 75019 ("we") extends this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product ("you"). it does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product. All devices must be purchased through an authorized distributor or retail partner and authorized online marketplace stores only. This includes the official Amazon store for Motorola Network.
What does this warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product under normal consumer usage for the warranty period as defined below.
What does this warranty not cover?
This limited warranty, which encompasses both Motorola and Premier Logitech does not cover any damage due to:
(a) improper operation, storage, misuse, abuse, maintenance, alteration, modification, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat or cold, or food; (c) use of the products or accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; (d) service provider alteration of the product including:
Alteration of the product's firmware; (e) unauthorized repair; (f) normal wear and tear or (g) other Acts of God, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage beyond its reasonable control, or other causes beyond its reasonable control, Premier Logitech shall not be liable to any other party for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes, are excluded from coverage.
Any devices sold through unauthorized third party sellers both online and in-store, including but not limited to: Ebay, amazon third party, and Walmart third party, are not covered in this warranty.
What is the period of coverage?
This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for two years (the "warranty period"). The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
What are your remedies under this warranty?
With respect to any defective product during the warranty period, we will, in our sole discretion repair or replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge. We reserve the right to utilize functionally equivalent reconditioned, refurbished, or new products in this regard. we will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you.
How do you obtain warranty service?
Please note, you will be required to ship the product at your expense and risk to a Premier Logitech authorized return center. The Technical Support department will share shipping instructions through the ticket resolution process.
To obtain warranty service during the warranty period, you have several options to access our customer support department. We recommend downloading the Motosync app (apple or android) and using the embedded chat feature for the fastest queue times. Alternatively, you may submit a ticket to the Technical Support department via a web form on our website, https://help.motorolanetwork.com. Additionally, you may email us at support@motorolanetwork.com. You must be sure to include:
(a) the product name;
(b) the product serial number and mac address (located on the device);
(c) the original proof of purchase (receipt) which includes the date, place, and seller of the product;
(d) a written description of the problem
(e) your name, complete shipping address, and telephone number.
No warranty service will be provided without following the above-mentioned procedures. Please note that our technical support team will run a diagnostic test on the device to determine if it is eligible for a replacement or repair.
Limitation of Liability
The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. the liability of Motorola and/or Premier Logitech shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product, nor shall Motorola and/or Premier Logitech under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
