Warranty Replacement Process
If your Motorola Network device has stopped working and it is within 24 months of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for an equipment replacement. In order to initiate a warranty replacement, you must first open an RMA ticket through our Technical support team. You can do that directly on our website, www.motorolanetwork.com or emailing customer support at support@motorolanetwork.com.
Qualifications for a warranty replacement:
To qualify for a Warranty replacement you must meet all of the conditions of our Warranty Policy. That policy is listed here on our website. You will need a copy of your original purchase receipt and you must have purchased your product through an Authorized Seller, otherwise the Warranty is void. When opening your ticket, please have the following information available:
(a) the product name
(b) the product serial number and mac address (located on the device)
(c) the original proof of purchase (receipt) which includes the date, place, and seller of the product
(d) a written description of the problem
(e) your name, complete shipping address, and telephone number.
No warranty service will be provided without following the above-mentioned procedures. Please note that our technical support team will run a diagnostic test on the device to determine if it is eligible for a replacement or repair.
Once the technical diagnostic is complete and you are approved for a replacement, you will be issued an RMA number and may be required to return your current device.
-
We must receive the returned Product within 14 days after a RMA number has been issued. Any accessories originally included with the Product you purchased must be included with your return.
- A valid RMA number must be included along with your returned Product(s).
- Once the product is received we will send you a replacement device. Please note that replacement devices can be a refurbished unit.
Please note that Warranty replacements are product only and we do not offer refunds as part of our warranty.
